Meet Physician Kean Chan - Holistic Approach to Total Health & Well-Being
Physician Kean Chan is a Consultant TCM physician at Novena Specialist Centre, with special focus in the holistic management of cancer and skin diseases through traditional Chinese medicine. He later graduated from the prestigious Beijing University of Chinese Medicine with a medical degree and honed his clinical skills at the renowned Dongzhimen TCM Hospital in Beijing, China.
Prior to practicing TCM, Physician Chan was formerly the Global Head of Environment at Standard Chartered Bank having earned his MSc degree from Imperial College London and MBA from Warwick University. At the prime of his career, he decided to give up a lucrative future in the banking industry to pursue his passion in Chinese medicine and helping people.
Physician Chan gained a wealth of experience practicing at Eu Yan Sang Premier TCM Centre and Thong Chai Medical Institute in Singapore. His clinical special interest is in cancers of the lungs, colon-rectum, breasts, prostate, lymphoid, uterine, ovarian, pancreatic, liver and kidney systems, as well as both acute and chronic skin conditions including eczema, psoriasis, hives, and acne.
